Events
The BMW Center's events program complements the educational experience of Georgetown students and seeks to foster greater interaction between the worlds of academe and policy. These public events include talks, seminars, and conferences as well as flagship series like the Herbert Quandt Distinguished Lecture.
In addition, each year the Center highlights a salient theme in European studies with a subset of its events program. This year's events programs will focus on the twentieth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The 2008-09 special events program marked the fortieth anniversary of the social and political upheavals of 1968/69 in Europe. In 2007-08, "Green Europe" took center stage.
Directions
The BMW Center is situated on the fifth floor of the Bunn Intercultural Center (ICC). General driving directions to Georgetown University's main campus, as well as parking information can be found here.
