Work Experience: My work experience spans academic research, public policy, and finance. I have worked as a research assistant on quantitative economic and political research, contributed to projects at regional think tanks, and gained professional finance experience in financial advisory and corporate finance roles.
Why I Chose MAES: I chose MAES because of my longstanding interest in Europe and the opportunity to study the region from a wide range of perspectives. I was especially drawn to the flexibility to take courses across Georgetown, as well as the strength of the faculty and the broader opportunities to connect my academic interests with policy and professional experience.
Academic and Research Interests: My academic and research interests focus on the relationship between politics and economics in Europe, particularly how government policy, regulation, and broader geopolitical developments shape businesses and economic outcomes. I am especially interested in using quantitative research to study these questions and better understand how European economies respond to political and institutional change.
