Why I Chose MAES: MAES provides a unique perspective on transatlantic issues with unparalleled faculty. Doing my undergraduate degree at Georgetown SFS, I am thoroughly convinced that this university offers a unique and intense education with opportunities far beyond the classroom and in DC. Further, during my first semester at Georgetown, I took Prof. Newman’s seminar class which introduced me to the “SFS way” and fascinated me completely. These are only some of the reasons, why I am more than excited to continue at Georgetown with the MAES program.

Academic and Research Interests: Transatlantic collaboration, political extremism, propaganda in digital & AI age, EU economy in global market, ASEAN & China, sustainability & green transformation
