Work Experience: Prior to coming to Georgetown, I was a research analyst for the Immigration Project at the Bipartisan Policy Center. While an undergraduate, I interned twice for the U.S. Department of State, once at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin and again for the Office of Southern European Affairs in Washington DC.
Why I Chose MAGES: I chose MAGES because I wanted to reorient my professional career back to transatlantic issues, which was my primary focus while an undergraduate student.
Intended Academic Focus: I intend to focus on right-wing extremism and populism, and how these forces inform transatlantic security policy.
