Juan Tovar Ruiz

Juan Tovar Ruiz is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the University of Burgos. Resident in Madrid, where he obtained a grade in Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He has been a predoctoral researcher at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and a postdoctoral researcher at the Universidad Carlos III . He has also been a visiting researcher at Georgetown University. His main lines of research cover American foreign policy, transatlantic relations, Spanish foreign policy and Great powers competition. Topics on which he has published extensively and on which he has collaborated with different think tanks and media.
